How much is shipping? U.S. shipping is a flat $7. If your order totals $100 or more, your shipping is free! We also ship globally, using the most economical shipping method
possible, unless you request otherwise.
For international orders, we will promptly email you a shipping quote
for your approval when your order is received.
How fast will I get
it? We ship domestic orders using
U.S. Priority Mail, so you should have your package in 2-3 days. We try to ship all orders the same day or within
24 hours of when we receive them.
What if I’m just
ordering a single pattern? For single patterns, we will send a PDF to you via email as soon as we process your order. You may also request a hard copy for an additional $8 ($1 for the printout and protective sleeve, plus $7 for shipping).
What about returns? Full-price yarn may be returned for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Your refund will
be in the form of a Loops gift card.
Yarn must be in original condition, with label/ballband intact, not
wound. No returns on sale items, printed material, needles, tools or notions.
Can you wind my yarn
for me? We’re happy to wind for you
at no charge. Just let us know when
ordering, and remember that wound yarn cannot be returned.
How do I use my Loops Gift Card as payment? While we wait for our POS provider to offer this feature, here's the work-around to use your Loops gift card. In the credit card field, enter 4111111111111111, and for expiration date enter 0115, then in the comments section of your order, provide the number from the back of your gift card.
