Knit Collage is the brainchild of Amy Small, who is inspired by nature, fashion and traveling. Based in Hong Kong, she taught a group of local women to craft yarns on traditional spinning wheels, often incorporating bits of ribbon, sequins and flower appliqués. Spun primarily with wool and mohair, no two skeins are completely alike. One skein will quickly knit up a hat on a pair of size 17 or 19 needles, while 2 or more skeins will make a cowl or scarf.
