Loops is located in an upscale, open-air shopping center called Utica Square. Designer boutiques and trendy restaurants abound. When we saw a bag similar to this selling for upwards of $200, we knew we had to make our own version. We chose luscious Blue Sky Bulky alpaca/wool, and even with the handles, you can make it for a fraction of the couture price.
